Studying New Treatments for High-Risk Head and Neck Cancer
The purpose of this study is to find a new treatment for people with head and neck cancer. We want to see if using radiation therapy with two different mixes of drugs is better than the usual treatment. The first mix is radiation therapy with the drugs called docetaxel and cetuximab. The second mix is radiation therapy with the drug called cisplatin and an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab.
