Studying a New Treatment Combination for Mantle Cell Lymphoma
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine combination to help patients with a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma. We want to see if a new medicine called sonrotoclax combined with the medicine zanubrutinib works better than zanubrutinib alone. Volunteers in the study will be randomly assigned to get either the new medicine or a placebo along with zanubrutinib.

Studying a New Medicine for Myelofibrosis
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called Canakinumab. We want to see if it helps people with a rare bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis. After their first surgery, patients often have a procedure called second look reassessment surgery. This surgery allows doctors to look inside your body and check for signs of cancer. The purpose of this study is to see how well it works to give HIPEC during the second look surgery. HIPEC is a type of chemotherapy inserted directly into your abdomen at the time of surgery. Is it More Helpful to Give Children with Germ Cell Tumors Chemotherapy on a Faster Schedule
A germ cell tumor is a type of cancer found in the ovaries for females or the testes for males. This tumor may also be found in the pelvis along the tailbone, chest, abdomen, and other structures of the body. Chemotherapy is the medicine used to fight cancer. We want to find out if giving children with germ cell tumors chemotherapy on a faster schedule is effective.

Comparing Hearing Loss in Cancer Patients
The main goal of this study is to find out if there is a difference in hearing loss between cancer patients who get the treatment cisplatin and those who get the treatment carboplatin. We want to know how hearing loss affects patients in their daily lives. To find out, we will make a questionnaire that asks about your own experiences with hearing loss or hearing problems. We are looking for volunteers with germ cell tumors who have been treated with either cisplatin or carboplatin.

Helping Myeloma Patients Stay Healthy After CAR-T Therapy
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a medicine called iberdomide. We want to see if it is safe to take after a certain cancer treatment called CAR-T. Researchers want to know if this medicine can help keep multiple myeloma from coming back. They also want to see if this new treatment works better than just watching the cancer without giving more medicine.
