Studying a New Medicine for Advanced Prostate Cancer
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called xaluritamig. We want to see if this medicine works better than the current treatment for prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. Volunteers in the study will get either the new medicine or one of the standard treatments. Doctors will check how long people live and how well they do with each treatment.
