Studying Opioid Use After Cancer Surgery

The purpose of this study is to see how many pain pills are taken by cancer patients after surgery. We also want to see how patients get rid of leftover pills and how happy they are with their care. We are looking for volunteers who are already scheduled to have surgery to remove their bladder, kidney, or prostate because of cancer at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Studying Blood Particles to Help Treat Cancer

The purpose of this study is to learn more about tiny particles in the blood called extracellular vesicles. By studying this, we hope to find out more about different types of cancer and how to treat them better. We will look at the blood samples from patients with similar cancers to see if we can discover new information. This could help doctors choose the best treatments for cancer patients in the future. We are looking for volunteers with urothelial, prostate, or kidney cancer. The study team will provide more information.

Testing a New Drug System Called TAR-210 for Bladder Cancer

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a drug system called TAR210. We want to see if this drug system works better than regular bladder cancer. This study is for patients with a type of bladder cancer called Intermediate-Risk Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer that has changes in a gene called FGFR.
