Pulmonary hypertension with heart failure with preserved ejection is a type of heart failure where the heart does not relax and fill with blood properly. This causes high pressure in the blood vessels in your lungs and makes it harder to breathe. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the medicine levosimendan for people with this condition. We want to see if this medicine can help people walk farther by improving heart and lung function.

Blood Pressure
The purpose of this study is to learn more about different blood cell counts among people from Africa or the Middle East. People from these areas have fewer white blood cells because they don't have a certain red blood cell marker called the Duffy marker. This is normal and not harmful. The goal of this study is to find better blood count ranges for these people to improve their medical care.

Blood Pressure
The purpose of this study is to compare two ways to improve care for non-Hispanic Black patients with high blood pressure. The first way provides care to patients electronically through phone and video visits. The second way is in person, at a doctor's office, the way someone might normally seek care. All patients will receive a cuff to self-monitor their blood pressure at home. We want to see which way would work better.
