Lichen simplex chronicus (LSC), also called neurodermatitis, is a long-term skin condition that makes your skin very itchy and can cause thick, rough patches. The purpose of this study is to find out if a medicine called dupilumab can help adults who have this skin problem. Our researchers want to see if the medicine can make the itching better, help people sleep better, and improve how they feel about their health and daily life.
