About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the medicine pelacarsen. We want to see if this medicine is safe and can help people with heart disease and high cholesterol. Our researchers will compare pelacarsen to a placebo to see if it lowers a type of cholesterol called lipoprotein(a). The goal is to learn if this medicine can help prevent heart problems in the future.
