About This Study
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a disease that makes the heart muscle too thick which can make it harder for the heart to pump blood. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine for this disease called EDG-7500. We want to see if this medicine is safe and useful to treat patients.
