About This Study
The goal of this study is to see if improving sleep at night can help people with depression. Volunteers in this study will wear a headband while they sleep that is designed to improve deep sleep, the part of sleep that is important for healthy brain function. We hope that improved sleep can help with mood, memory, and attention. This study will involve three in-lab visits and will last about three weeks. Volunteers must be diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and have some concerns about their memory or attention.
