About This Study
The purpose of this study is to see which of two medicines helps adults with ulcerative colitis feel better. Ulcerative colitis is a disease that causes swelling and sores in the large intestine, which can lead to stomach pain and diarrhea. People in the study will get one of the medicines, and doctors will see which one works best to treat their symptoms.
