About This Study
Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a condition where the donor's cells from a stem cell transplant attack the patient's body, thinking it is not their own. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called vimseltinib to see if it is safe and helps people with this condition. The medicine may help by calming down the immune system. Researchers want to find the best dose with the fewest side effects.
